Every Cagnato chauffeur signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any assignment with clients in the banking and financial sector, and is specifically trained in discretion and the handling of sensitive information. Every one of our chauffeurs is bound by the same standards of confidentiality, without exception.

We recommend several days' notice, so that we can best structure the agenda, chauffeurs and travel times. We nevertheless accept urgent requests at shorter notice, subject to fleet availability.

Cancellations close to the service must be communicated by telephone and by email. The service is charged at 0% if the cancellation is communicated by 6:00 pm on the day before the service, and at 100% if communicated after 6:00 pm on the previous day.
