Autonoleggio Cagnato has always stood out for its attention to the customer, whether in the city for business or tourism. Cagnato is not a simple car rental with driver, it is a representative service, capable of giving image and comfort to every single customer.

The company was founded in 1950 by the will of Giuseppe Cagnato, Honorary President and Gold Medal of the Milan Chamber of Commerce 1985, to meet the growing demand of those arriving in Milan, especially from abroad, who needed to travel in freedom in the city or throughout Italy, with a professional driver.

Autonoleggio Cagnato guarantees the utmost elegance and professionalism for your travels: our drivers, always elegantly dressed, are able to communicate with customers fluently in English.

Autonoleggio Cagnato has always used only its own staff, regularly employed. Only professionals with long experience are part of the staff, with the appropriate CAP (Professional Qualification Certificate), as well as registration in the Driver’s Register of the Milan Chamber of Commerce. We continuously use the same collaborators, thus confirming ourselves as the company in the sector with the lowest staff turnover.

Our fleet

We have a fleet of twenty-four months of maximum average age, to which we apply a rigorous routine maintenance program. For assistance and maintenance, we rely exclusively on the manufacturer’s official control network, always guaranteeing maximum safety.

Each vehicle is officially licensed N.C.C. (Car Rental With Driver) issued by the competent bodies. This allows you to make rapid movements throughout Italy thanks to the permit to move freely within the Ecopass and Ztl areas (Limited Traffic Zones), to take advantage of the preferential lanes and to move even during periods of anti-pollution blockade.

We have always carried out a complete sanitization of the vehicles upon returning from each service.

All of our vehicles are covered by thr highest level of insurance.

On request, we provide 4 × 4 vehicles a well.

Punctuality

Our drivers always arrive on time for appointments agreed with customers, usually present at the appointment 15 minutes in advance.

Reliability

We only use recent vehicles, with a short route plan and an average age of the park around a maximum of twenty-four months.

Confidentiality

All our drivers have signed a confidentiality agreement. So what happens in the car stays in the car, with the driver’s utmost discretion.

Hygiene

We have always performed a complete sanitization of the vehicles upon returning from each service, to guarantee maximum hygiene.

Transfer to and from the main airports and stations of Milan and Lombardy.

Our drivers always arrive at the airport at least 15 minutes early. At the airport, the driver awaits the passenger after baggage claim. In stations it is generally positioned at the end of the platform. Punctuality and attention are the keywords for us.

Stress-free transfers to stations and airports: we calculate and indicate the useful and necessary time for the transfer in all circumstances.

Our staff will monitor your departing or arriving flight and, in case of delay, we will notify those who are waiting for you via e-mail.

On arrival, your driver will wait for you even in case of severe delays.
